Young Barnet Foundation Golf Day 2024: A Swinging Success

Thank you to all our sponsors, teams, and supporters for making the Young Barnet Foundation Golf Day a success! Brought together by a shared commitment to helping Barnet’s most vulnerable children, the day was filled with great company, friendly competition, and incredible golfing skills (mostly!). Even the sun joined in at times in the spirit of the day, making it a memorable event for everyone involved.

Thanks to your generosity, we raised an incredible £10,000! These vital funds will go directly towards supporting the 25,000 young people in Barnet who live below the poverty line. With the cost-of-living crisis plunging more children and families into hardship, your support ensures these children can continue accessing essential services such as mental health provision, sports, music, and the arts.

The impact of events like our Community Golf Day cannot be overstated. They play a crucial role in giving Barnet’s children the chance to build confidence, make friends, connect with their peers, and enjoy positive activities beyond the classroom. These experiences are life-changing, and we are immensely grateful for the generosity and involvement of everyone who participated.
