YBF commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI)

We are pleased to share that as part of our work to update our EDI Policy we have recently signed the YPF Trust’s Cultural Competency Pledge and have committed to NAVCA’s Anti racism statement

At YBF our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion means that we actively work to understand and take action toward meeting the diverse needs of our members and the children and young people they serve. In addition, this means a recognition and understanding of how YBF members may also be subjected to inequity and power imbalance in providing services for young people across the intersections. Signing and committing to these two nationally recognised pieces of work are one of the many steps we are taking.
