Hattrick of Awards for Young Barnet for Partnership Working During COVID

We’re thrilled to announce that our CEO Janet Matthewson has been awarded for a third time for her continued and sustained partnership approach to working as part of Young Barnet Foundation and Barnet Together. Having already been presented with a Civic Award for ‘Covid 19 Community Heroes’ as part of her joint work with the Barnet Together partnership, and the 2020 ‘Covid-19 Inspirational Person’ award from the Barnet Group 2020 Community Awards, Janet has now also been awarded the Certificate of Recognition for ‘Outstanding Service to the Community’ from Barnet Borough Council. Janet said “Although these awards have my name on them they’re very much reflective of a wider team effort and I could never have focused so completely on the Covid response without such a fantastic team behind me”
