BARNET COMMUNITY RESPONSE FUND AWARDS 25 MORE GRANTS

The Barnet Community Response Fund, which originated at the start of Lockdown in March 2020 set up by the Barnet Together Partnership has announced the latest award of a total of £12,247 to 25 organisations across the Borough of Barnet. This included ongoing food preparation and delivery to vulnerable residents, support for local foodbanks and for therapeutic and support services.

The amount available for community groups across the Borough is thanks to the kind donations of local residents, local businesses and financially supported by Barnet Council. To date in excess of £188,000 has been distributed to local groups supporting the most vulnerable in our community.
